Carnegie – Melbourne

This is the first property we purchased in Australia with the purpose of living in it.

We bought this townhouse brand new back in 2009. Many happy memories in this property as it was our family home until 2017 when we moved to Brisbane. As a family home it took us two years to decide to let it go. After the second year of the lease was expired the “Connections” family decided to let it go.

We spruced it up with fresh paint and new carpets to put it back on the market looking new again. Amazingly we the townhouse was sold under the hammer for $62,000 over the reserve price. The real estate agent was carefully selected and delivered a fantastic result.
