In 2019 we found our second renovation project in the same suburb we did our first one. The real estate agent who sold our first deal brought this property to our attention. Understanding the market and the property potential, we quickly took this opportunity onboard. Knowing the area very well and having a great team ready to go allowed us to complete the project extremely quickly and efficiently.
Applying the learnings from the first deal and our area expertise, we obtained a record sales price in the area at that time and the property was sold within two weeks. The deal was purchased, renovated, sold and settled within 6 months timeframe.
